好食脉孢霉发酵玉米酒糟生产新型饲料的工艺研究

摘    要:用好食脉孢霉对玉米酒糟进行固态发酵,生产新型饲料,采用单因素实验对发酵条件进行优化,确定实验范围内好食脉孢霉发酵玉米酒糟的最佳工艺条件为:料液比1∶1.2,接菌量为1×106个孢子/g干基,发酵物料的初始pH值为7.5,温度为30℃,发酵时间为96h,此条件下发酵浸提液中蛋白溶出率达36.30%,比未发酵前提高28.96%,粗纤维含量减少30.32%。在该培养条件下,用凝胶层析柱Superdex peptide对好食脉孢霉发酵玉米酒糟培养液中肽的分子量分布进行测定,表明好食脉孢霉利用了玉米酒糟中的蛋白质,使蛋白质组分多于发酵前,改善了玉米酒糟的溶解性。

Abstract:In this paper we used neurospora sitophilo to fermentate corn spent grain in solid-state fermentation, with criteria by dissolution rate of protein. Single factor experiment was adopted to the optimization of culture conditions,The result of optimization of culture conditions was the proportion of material and water is 1∶1.2,the number of spores is 1.0×106 spores /g material,the initial pH of fermentation culture medium was 7.5 and fermentation time was 96 hours. In these conditions,compared with un- fermentation corn spent grain,dissolution rate of proteins increased by 28.96% and rough-fibers reducted 30.32%. And the molecular weight distribution of proteins in the liquid extraction of fermentation w as determined by gel chromatographynd and result shows that protein fractions after fermentation more than the material,it brought by Neurospora sitophilo utilizing the protein of corn spent grain,the solubility of corn spent grain was improved.
