| 摘 要： | 以新加坡管理大学图书馆为范例分析了国外高校有关信息共享空间（简称IC）建设的理念架构，并简单介绍了IC的概念、服务模型以及核心服务理念和服务方式。最后针对我国高校图书馆的现状得出了几点启示并给出一些IC建设的可行建议。

| Abstract: | An example of Information Commons （IC） construction of Singapore Management University is introduced, in order to analyze related ideas and frameworks of the IC construction in universities of other countries. The concept of IC, the service model and service principles are discussed briefly. Finally, some feasible suggestions are given about how to improve IC construction for universities. |
