摘    要:[目的]为三峡库区生态环境建设和退耕还林工程提供理论参考和科学依据。[方法]选择秭归不同生长年限的茶树地的土壤样品,分析测定土壤速效磷及微生物磷随生长时间及土壤深度的变化。[结果]结果表明:随着茶树生长年限延长,土壤速效磷含量呈逐渐增加的趋势,土壤微生物量磷无明显的变化趋势。随土壤深度的增加,速效磷和微生物磷都呈逐渐降低的趋势。[结论]茶树生长有利于土壤表层磷的积累。

Abstract:[Objective] The research aimed to provide theoretical references and scientific basis for the ecological environment construction and conversion of cropland to forest of Three Gorges Reservoir. [Method] The soil sample of different age and depths conversion of farmland to planted tea in Zigui was choosed and the content of soil available P and microbial biomass P was analyzed. [Results] The content of soil available P increased gradually and soil microbial biomass P increased firstly and decreased following.Soil available P and microbial biomass P decreased both with increase of soil deapth.[Conclusion] The growth of tea tree was advantageous to the accumulation of P in the surface of soil and the improvement of soil quality.
