玉米染色体单片段导入系的构建与应用研究现状

摘    要:准确鉴定和定位玉米的重要数量性状基因位点是分子标记辅助选择和基因克隆的基础,传统的分析群体遗传背景复杂,很难对单个数量性状基因位点进行准确鉴定和定位。在简述作物近等基因系研究的基础上,讨论玉米单片段导入系的构建及其应用概况,并对单片段导入系这一玉米育种及分子生物学研究技术平台的未来进行了展望。

Abstract:Accurate identifing and mapping of QTLs was the foundation of molecular marker-assisted selection and cloning genes.It was very difficult to identify and map single QTL by traditional group because of complex genetic background.This article stated the research of crop NILs,discussed status of research on application and establishment of SSILs in maize and prospected the future of NILs which was technologic platform for maize breeding and molecular biology research.
