摘    要:作者对乌拉尔甘草(Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch)地上部分,用70~80%乙醇浸提,经聚酰胺柱层析,依次用水及不同浓度含水乙醇洗脱,共得6个组分,化合物Ⅰ用UV、IR、MS(EI)、MS(FB-)等鉴定,与标准品核对,证明组分Ⅰ为甘草酸,并通过HPLC法测定含量为2.11%。地上部分切碎后用水煮提、浓缩后直接与氯化锌作用合成了甘草锌,经药厂试验的中试产品由药检所检验符合国家标准。另外在实验室又合成了甘草铋及甘草酸单铵盐。##原图像不清晰

Abstract:In order to reveal the possibility to utilize the over - ground part of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch, we carried out a study to analyse its effective components. Glycyrrhizic acid was isolated through 70 - 80% EtOH extraction and polyamino column chromatography. The compounds were verified by means of UV, IR, and MS. The contents of glycyrrhizic acid in the overground part was determined by HPLC to be 2. 11 %. Arid the water extract of the powder was subject to react with ZnCl2 and as a result, zinc glycyrrhetate was gained. The mid -size prducts in pharmaceutical factory was testified up to the standards of the nation also. Bismuth glycyrrhetate and monoammonium glycyrrhetate were synthesized in laboratory.
