| Abstract: | Nutrition of fresh sample of Mallambyx raddei was analyzed for protein(Kjeldahl method),fat(soxhlet),microelements(atomic absorb spectrometer),phosphorus(spectrophotometer),and chitin(water extracting method).The contents of nutrition in fresh sample were 46.13% protein,15.15% fat,10.85% ash,0.16% Ca,and 0.36% P.The protein and fat in breast part,which was 1/3 weight of total body,were 48.50% and 15.15%.The contents of microelements were in normal range.The chitin extracted was 23.20g/kg.All the results sho... |
