三种菊花嫁接成活的影响因素研究

本次研究选择3 种菊花作为试验材料，对嫁接成活影响因素分析，光照长度取4h、8h、 12h，嫁接后浇水次数取1 次、2 次、3 次，处理嫁接后菊花，做嫁接茎干粗度、成活率进行测定。通 过试验测试结果，在光照长度上，相比8h、12h，4h 光照程度效果较好，而在浇水次数上，相比1 次、3 次嫁接浇水次数，每日保持2 次浇水，嫁接成活率更高。对于本次研究所选取的三种菊花包 括小桃红、白莲与黄莲，黄莲在茎干粗度、嫁接成活率上较高。

Study on the factors influencing the Survival of grafting of three Chrysanthemum species

In this study, three kinds of chrysanthemum were selected as experimental materials, and the influencing factors of grafting survival were analyzed. The length of light was 4 h, 8 h, 12 h, the times of watering after grafting were 1 time, 2 times, 3 times, and the stem dry diameter of grafted chrysanthemum was treated after grafting. The survival rate was measured. The results showed that the light intensity was better at 8 h, 12 h and 4 h than that of 8 h, 12 h and 4 h, and the survival rate of grafting was higher than that of 1 time, 3 times of grafting and 2 times of water per day.
