| Abstract: | Starting with the relevant theory of the separation of three powers of rural land, this papermakes a detailed analysis of the practical dilemma of the reform of the system of the separation of threepowers, and then puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, such as perfecting the relevantlegal system, perfecting the interpretation of supporting policies, carrying out the registration of theright to confirm the operation of rural land, and establishing a perfect supporting mechanism. |
