| Abstract: | Starting with the relevant theory of the separation of three powers of rural land, this paper
makes a detailed analysis of the practical dilemma of the reform of the system of the separation of three
powers, and then puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, such as perfecting the relevant
legal system, perfecting the interpretation of supporting policies, carrying out the registration of the
