白莲淀粉在农业副食加工中的应用进展

摘    要:基于淀粉在副食品加工中的应用与实践研究,淀粉的种类较多,例如生活中常见的玉米淀粉、土豆淀粉以及白莲淀粉等。淀粉在人们的日常生活中可以说是一个食品加工食材,通过在各种类型的食品中加入淀粉,促进食品口感口味的提升,间接的使食品的市场销量得到一定程度的提升。阐明了白莲淀粉的营养价值、对人体所产生的作用。

Abstract:Based on the application and practical research of starch in non-staple food processing,there are many kinds of starch, such as corn starch, potato starch and white lotus starch, which are com?mon in life. Starch can be said to be a food processing material in people's daily life. By adding starchto various types of food, the taste and taste of food can be improved, and the market sales of food can beimproved to a certain extent. The nutritional value of white lotus starch and its effect on human bodywere expounded.
