槲蕨总黄酮超声波提取工艺的优化

摘    要:通过查阅资料及前期试验,选取对槲蕨总黄酮超声波提取影响比较大的3 个因素料液比、提取功率、提取剂浓度进行正交试验,结果表明:槲蕨总黄酮超声波提取工艺最佳生产方案为:料液比为1:30,超声功率480W,溶剂浓度为65%乙醇,此时,槲蕨黄酮含量最高,黄酮的提取率为0.7961%。

Abstract:Through access to information and early experiment, the selection of more influence ultrason?ic extraction of total flavonoids of dl-tetrahydropalmatine fern three factors of material liquid ratio, ex?traction, concentration of extractant power orthogonal experiment was carried out, the results show thattotal flavonoids of dl-tetrahydropalmatine fern ultrasonic extraction technology: for best production ma?terial liquid ratio of 1:30, ultrasonic power 480 w, 65% ethanol solvent concentration, at this point, itfern flavonoids content is the highest, flavonoids extraction yield of 0.7961%.
