| 摘 要： | 新加坡淡马锡控股有限公司是国有企业成功经营管理的典范，从1974 年成立至今，由于其独特的经营管理模式，淡马锡的复合年化股东回报率一直保持在15%左右。本文从淡马锡作为国有企业的角度出发，通过分析淡马锡模式，总结了可供我国国有企业改革借鉴的经验。但由于两国国情的差异，淡马锡模式也存在一定的局限性，我们不能完全复制。

| Abstract: | Singapore Temasek Holdings Co., Ltd. is a model of successful management of state-ownedenterprises. Since its establishment in 1974, due to its unique management model, Temasek's com?pound annual shareholder return has been kept at about 15%. From the point of view of Temasek as astate-owned enterprise, this paper summarizes the experience that can be used for reference in the re?form of state-owned enterprises in China by analyzing the Temasek model. However, due to the differ?ences in the national conditions of the two countries, Temasek model also has some limitations, we cannot fully replicate. |
