摘    要:农副食品安全控制技术课程是食品类专业的专业核心课程,该课程具有很强的应用 性、技术性和实践性。为培养有理论知识、实践能力、职业道德的食品专业人才,本文从教学目 标、教学内容、教学模式与方法、课程评价体系进行了改革与探索。

Abstract:Course of food safety control technology is the core content of food specialty construction. The food safety control technology course has strong applicability, technicality and practicality, which is the core content of food specialty construction. In order to cultivate food professionals with theoretical knowledge, practical ability and professional ethics, this paper has carried out reform and exploration from the perspective of teaching objectives, teaching contents, teaching modes and methods, and curric? ulum evaluation system.
