社会主义核心价值观视角下城市文明水平的现状和测评研究

在城市硬件环境不断改善的同时，培育和践行社会主义核心价值观尤其必要，一个城 市不能仅有设施的完备，良好的城市氛围，但若缺乏社会主义核心价值观，其公民粗鲁地说话， 表现粗俗，不谈公共道德，缺乏爱心，无论有多少设施都无法得不到维护，无论环境有多好都会 被破坏。本文从城市文明水平的现状和城市文明水平的测评等方面论述，从而为提升城市文明 水平提供方法。

The Status Quo and Evaluation of Urban Civilization Level from the Perspective of Socialist Core Values

While the urban hardware environment is continuously improving, it is necessary to culti? vate and practice the core values of socialism. Even if a city has complete hardware facilities and a good urban environment, if it lacks socialist core values, its citizens talk about rudeness, behave in a bad way, not talk about morality, lack of love, no more facilities can be maintained, no matter how good the environment will be destroyed. This paper discusses the status quo of urban civilization and the evalua? tion of urban civilization level, so as to provide a way to improve the level of urban civilization.
