关于农业科技创新人才的建设研究

农业发展的关键在于农业科技人才，河南省农业要有长足的进展，必须加强对农业科 技人才的培养。当前，河南省农业科技人才发展政策不够完善、培育资金缺乏、总量少、结构失 衡、培养体系不健全。对此，应该根据河南省农业科技人才的实际情况，以农业科技人才为中 心，加大资金投入、健全相关政策，建立具有河南省特色的结构合理的农业科技人才队伍。
