关于深化基层水利服务体系建设的几点研究

在当前的基层水利服务体系的建设过程中，虽然已经取得的不错的效果，但是还是存 在一些问题，对于基层服务来说，这些问题的存在会导致水利服务体系无法全面发挥应有作 用。基于对当前基层水利服务体系建设情况的研究，本文指出了当前的服务体系中存在的问 题，并在此基础上提出服务体系今后的建设重点，让我国的基层水利服务体系能够充分发挥应 有作用。

Several studies on deepening the construction of water conservancy service system at the grass-roots level

In the current grassroots water conservancy service system construction process, although has achieved good results, but there are still some problems, for the grassroots service, the existence of these problems will lead to the water conservancy service system can not play its due role. Based on the current situation of the construction of grassroots water conservancy service system, this paper points out the existing problems in the current service system, and on this basis, puts forward the key points for the future construction of the service system, so that China's grassroots water conservancy service system can fully play its due role.
