摘 要: | 二十世纪中期,结构功能主义认为冲突违反了社会组织常态,强调冲突的负面效果。
但随着时间推移,人们对冲突有了新的认知,科赛尔提出冲突功能主义理论,强调冲突不可能避
免且具有整合社会的功能,补充了冲突的正面效果。企业人员繁多,冲突不可避免,如何进行有
效的冲突管理至关重要,本文希望通过对冲突功能主义的解读,为企业冲突管理提出参考意见。
