冲突功能主义理论在企业冲突管理中的运用探究

摘    要:二十世纪中期,结构功能主义认为冲突违反了社会组织常态,强调冲突的负面效果。 但随着时间推移,人们对冲突有了新的认知,科赛尔提出冲突功能主义理论,强调冲突不可能避 免且具有整合社会的功能,补充了冲突的正面效果。企业人员繁多,冲突不可避免,如何进行有 效的冲突管理至关重要,本文希望通过对冲突功能主义的解读,为企业冲突管理提出参考意见。

Abstract:In the middle of the 20th century,structural functionalism believed that conflict was a viola? tion of the normal state of social organization which emphasized the negative effects.However,people have a new understanding of conflict.Coser put forward functionalist conflict theory,emphasizing that conflicts cannot be avoided and have the function of integrating society.Emphasize the positive effects of conflict.Enterprise is a complex organization.How to carry out effective conflict management is very important.This paper hopes to provide reference for enterprise conflict management through the interpre? tation of conflict functionalism.
