高效液相色谱法同时测定黄瓜中吡虫啉和多菌灵残留量

高效液相色谱法同时对黄瓜中吡虫啉、多菌灵两种农药进行残留分析。用乙腈提取，1:25～1:10 之间4 种体积比的甲醇:二氯甲烷淋洗，氨基柱净化，紫外检测器分析。试验结果吡虫啉回收率为78.1％～93.5％；多菌灵回收率为72.1％～92.3％。该方法准确度达到定量分析要求。

Simultaneous determination of imidacloprid and carbendazim residuesin cucumber by high performance liquid chromatography

The residues of imidacloprid and carbendazim in cucumber were analyzed by using high per?formance liquid chromatography. The samples were extracted with acetonitrile , eluted with methanoland dichloromethane by 4 volumetric ratios from 1:25 to 1:10, purified by NH2 column and analyzed byusing UV detector. The results showed that the recoveries of imidacloprid and carbendazim were 78.1%~93.5% and 72.1%~92.3%, respectively. The method showed the accuracy met the demand quantitativeanalysis.
