On Performance Evaluation of The Local University Teaching Reform Research Projects Based on Learners' Differences

With the coming of educational modernization reform, the emphasis on learners' differences has been enhancing. Respecting learners’differences is the basis of effective teaching. Advanced perfor? mance evaluation mechanism on teaching reform research projects is conducive to the development of teaching reform researches in local universities. This paper briefly discussed the necessity of teaching re? form researches in local universities based on students’differences, and analyzed the subject of perfor? mance evaluation, involving students, teachers, experts, universities and so on. In view of the current sit? uation, this paper put forward some strategies for improving the performance evaluation to promote the ef? fectiveness of evaluation activities.
