2ZB-1.45型沙障建植播种机的试验研究

摘    要:通过对研制的2ZB-1.45型沙障建植播种机在内蒙古库布齐典型流动裸沙地实施的建植秸秆沙障同步穴播羊柴的试验结果表明:建植的沙障在年3级~7级长期不同风速作用下,稳定性达70%以上;沙障间种苗成活率与未建沙障相比较提高25%~30%;作业速度与利用人工建草方格沙障相比效率提高近100倍以上;每hm2投入总费用降低50%左右。该项试验研究为高效益规模化治理沙化土地开创了新的途径。

Abstract:The experiment of planting stalk barrier and sowing with Hedysarum frutieosum Pall with 2ZB - 1.45 model of special planting barrier sower in Kubuqi dune of Inner Mongolia was carried out. The results showed that the stability and endurable rate of the barrier came up to 70% under the action of 3 -7 scale of windy speed through a year, the survival rate of seedling between the stalk barrier increased by 25% - 30% than that in sand, the work efficiency of mechanical planting barrier raised more one hundred times than that of artifical inserting stalk square, and the investment reduced by one half. The technique of maehanical planting barrier sower would initiate a new may for high efficiency and large scale of vegetable restoration in sands.
