| 摘 要： | [目的]评价转sFat1-基因猪的健康状况,为猪育种选择优良个体提供依据。[方法]测定21头阴性试验对照猪和20头转sFat-1基因阳性猪15项生理生化指标和繁殖性能。[结果]部分转sFat-1基因猪肝功能受到轻度损伤,繁殖能力也有轻度下降。[结论]猪生理生化指标和繁殖性能测定能够成为转基因猪环境安全评价的有效方法之一。
