荒漠植物羊柴根际AM真菌时空分布研究

摘    要:2006年5月、8月和10月分别从陕西省榆林市沙生植物园样地采集土壤样品,羊柴根围分0~10 cm,10~20 cm,20~30 cm,30~40 cm和40~50 cm 5个土层,系统研究了AM真菌定殖率和孢子密度的时空分布。结果表明:AM真菌菌丝定殖率和丛枝定殖率随时间呈递减趋势,5月份出现最高值;泡囊定殖率随时间变化先升后降,8月份出现最高值;AM真菌孢子密度和定殖率的最大值分别出现在5月的0~10 cm土层和10~20 cm土层。土壤因子对AM真菌时空分布有明显影响,土壤速效N和速效P与孢子密度、总定殖率、菌丝定殖率和丛枝定殖率呈极显著正相关,土壤速效K和有机质与孢子密度呈极显著正相关,pH值与孢子密度、总定殖率、菌丝定殖率和丛枝定殖率呈显著负相关。

Abstract:Soil samples were collected in May,August and October 2006 and divided by a depth of 50 cm into 5 sections,i.e.0-10,10-20,20-30,30-40 and 40-50 cm in the rhizosphere of Hedysarum laeve from YuLin City of Shaanxi Province.The colonization and ecological distribution of AM fungi were measured in the rhizosphere of Hedysarum laeve.The results showed that the hyphal colonization and arbuscular colonization of AM fungi had a decreasing change with sampling time,and the highest values of them were in May.Vesicular colonization increased first and decreased later with sampling time,and the highest value of it was in August.The highest colonization and spore density of AM fungi existed at the 0-10 cm and 10-20 cm soil layers in May.Soil factors had significantly affected on the spatial and temporal distribution of AM fungi.Soil available N and available P had a significantly positive correlation with spores density,total colonization,hyphal colonization and arbuscular colonization.Soil available N and organic matter had a significantly positive effect on spores density.pH had a significantly negative correlation with spores density,total colonization,hyphal colonization and arbuscular colonization.
