| Abstract: | This article reviewed the general situation of the development of aromatic rice breed-ing;summarized the gremplasm of aromatic rice and its distribution,the testing method of aroma and its chemical composition, the hereditary study on the characteristicse et aroma, and the exploration of the breeding direction of aromatic rice. The article aims to provide the theoretical reference to the breeding and production of high-quality rice in China. |
