三种落叶松种子的比较形态与统计分析

应用实体解剖镜对兴安落叶松、长白落叶松、华北落叶松３种１９个种源种子的９项２１个指标进行了比较形态研究，通过对各形态指标的观察比较与统计分析，确定了鉴别３种落叶松种子的主特征和辅助特征；绘制了１９个种源种子的聚类谱系图；提供了应用解多元一次方程组确定混杂种子中３种落叶松所占比例的方法，拍摄了形态特征照片。

Comparative Morphology and Statistical Analysis of Three Larch’s Seeds

This paper deals with the morphological characteristics of three larcr’s seeds,Larix gmelini,L.principis-rupprechtii and L.olgensis,which were collected from 19 prove-nances.Using stereoscope microscopic,9 items of morphological characteristics,which areclassified into 21 articles* of three larch’s seeds have been oberserved and compared with eachother,By statistical analysing and testing of differential markability about the frequency ofeach characteristic,the primary and supplementary characteristics distinguishing the threelarcr’s seeds in morphology have been selected,a table for comparing the frequency of mor-phological characteristics and a pedigree diagram of aggregation for three larch’s seeds havebeen designed.In addition,a method to find out the mixture rate of a mixed seed sample hasbeen provided by solving a mathematical equation in this paper.
