摘    要:研究了不同naCl浓度对甘草种子发芽与子叶抗性的影响.结果表明,当NaCl浓度低于100mmol/L时,甘草种子的发芽正常;在NaCl浓度达到200 mmol/L时,种子发芽受到显著抑制.子叶内活性氧、SOD、POD、可溶性蛋白和膜透性都随NaCl浓度的升高而增加,甘草的抗逆性可能与上述酶活性的变化有关.

Abstract:Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch seeds were treated by NaCl of different concentration. The results showed that the seed germination was not affected obviously at NaCl concentration of 50 and 100 mmol/L; but when NaCl concentration was increased to 200 mmol/L, the seed germination rate decreased significantly. Generating rate of activated oxygen, activities of SOD and POD, soluble protein content and relative membrane permeability in cotyledons were increased with the increasing of NaCl concentration. It is suggested that the salt stress resistance of Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch was associated with antioxidant characters.
