塔里木盆地资源环境与区域可持续发展

本文在对新疆塔里木盆地资源环境分析评价的基础上，通过罗列大量数据，指出了区域资源开发和经济发展过程中所存在的绿洲水土资源开发、生态环境建设、区域经济发展差异等问题，并结合塔里木盆地区域特点和资源环境优势，提出了加强生态建设，强调深度开发，发挥资源优势，提高人口素质，增加科技投入的区域可持续发展战略与对策

RESOURCE AND ENVIRONMENT AND REGIONAL SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF TARIM BASIN

Based on the analysis and assessment of the resource and environment of Tarim Basin,the problems such as the exploit water and land,ecological environment,difference of regional economy,which occurred during the development of resources and the processes of economic development are described in the paper.And then according to the regional feature and resource and environment,the author put forward the regional sustainable developing strategy and countermeasure,that is :to enhance ecology counstruction,strengthen depth of development,elaborate resource superiority,improve population quality and increase scientific and technological drop.
