摘    要:利用返回式实验卫星搭栽玉米自交系S37的种子,通过遗传交配设计对其后代株系进行农艺性状的配合力分析。结果表明,空间条件可以改变纯系材料后代株系的配合力,并就数量性状的诱发突变及其表现特点进行了分析。

Abstract:The seeds of inbreed line S37 were carried into outer spac e by satellite in 1994. These seeds were planted in field and self -pollinated for several generations. The combining ability of offspring li nes was analysed by incomplete double crossing design. The result indicates that outer space condition can affect the combining ability. This paper also discusses the law of quantity character and phenotype of mutation.
