| 摘 要： | 真菌毒素可以影响寄主植物体内酶及代谢途径发生改变，本文报道了５种酶类和４种代谢途径在毒素影响下的变化情况，这不仅可以做为毒素的定量生物测定方法，还可以用来研究毒素的作用位点。
