摘    要:铵态氮抑制硝酸还原酶的活性,经铵态氮处理后,内源基质条件下的硝酸还原酶活性较低,而且不与铵态氮浓度成正相关。但在外源基质条件下硝酸还原酶活力随氨态氮浓度增加而增加。铵态氮对谷氨酰胺合成酶的活性有促进作用,随铵态氮浓度增加,谷氨酰胺合成酶的活性增加。在整个生育期中,根和叶片中谷氨酰胺合成酶的活性变化趋势相同,但根中酶的活性明显大于叶片中酶的活性。

Abstract:Ammonium nitrogen inhibited NR activity,NR activity was lower in endogenous substrate after ammonium nitrogen was treated,and has no positive correlation between NR activity and ammonium nitrogen levels.But NR activity raised with the ammonium nitrogen levels increased in exogenous.Ammonium nitrogen prompted GS activity:the correlation between GS activity and ammonium nitrogen was positive,GS activity raised with ammonium nitrogen levels increased,GS activity of roots and leaves had same changing trend in sugar beet of whole growth duration after ammonium nitrogen was used,but GS activity in roots was higher than in leaves.
