邢台板栗营养成分分析

摘    要:采用化学分析法,分析了邢台板栗的主要营养成分。结果表明,邢台板栗所含的营养成分丰富,品质与“京东板栗”相当,好于山东板栗。

Abstract:The main nutritional components of Xingtai chestnut was analyzed with chemical analysis method.The results showed that the nutritional components of Xingtai chestnut were rich.The quality of Xingtai chestnut was equal with that of Jingdong chestnut and better than that of Shandong chestnut.
