| 摘 要： | 文章针对工程勘察设计人员素质参差不齐,人材断层情况比较严重,从而导致工程勘察质量下滑。为避免因勘察成果质量问题导致工程质量事故,作者在积累大量经验和总结教训的基础上,对工程勘察提出一些具体的技术应急措施。
