5种木兰科植物高头嵌芽嫁接试验研究

摘    要:在4月上旬,用白玉兰等5种木兰科植物的不同部位芽进行高头嵌芽接试验。结果显示,白玉兰、广玉兰、二乔玉兰、黄山玉兰适合于高头嵌芽接,就成活率而言,上部芽〉中部芽〉下部芽;而含笑的嫁接成活率过低,不宜采用高头嵌芽接。

Abstract:In early April,an experiment of high chip budding was conducted on five Magnoliaceae plants such as magnolia denudate,Magnolia grandiflora et al.,with different-part buds of scions.Experimental data showed that this budding was very suitable for magnolia denudate,Magnolia grandiflora,Magnolia cylindrica Wils.and Magnolia soulangeana Soul.,and,as for survival rate of grafting,upper buds > middle buds >lower buds.However,high chip budding was not applied to Michelia figo because of its small survival rate of ...
