摘    要:对从我国不同地区、不同动物分离的3个疑似狂犬病毒分离物8202、BRV、MRV和无毒疫苗株SRV9进行了ELISA和核酸探针的鉴定。同时,对它们的致病性和毒力进行了测定。结果表明,3个分离物均为狂犬病病毒,其毒力以鼠源MRV最强,牛源BRV最弱,同地下同动物分离的BRV和MRV毒力差异很大。疫苗株SRV9对12g小鼠无致病性,研制的狂犬病毒地高辛标记核酸探针敏感性高,特异性强,适用于对狂犬病病料进

Abstract:Three isolates(8202, MRV, BRV) from the brain tissue of deer, calf, mouse that died of suspectable rabies were identified as rabies virus by ELISA and nucleotide probe. The results showed that LD 50 of MRV strain is the highest (6.1) , LD 50 of BRV strain is the lowest (4.1), 8202 strain is 5.1. Avirulent strain SRV 9 had no pathogenicity to mice. Virulence of BRV and MRV from the same area is different obviously. The nucleotide probe labeled with digoxigenin dUTP for G gene of rabies virus is senstive and specific. The probe exhibited potential of detecting nucleic acid of rabies virus from infected brain tissues.
