| 摘 要： | 目前很多中等农牧学校畜牧兽医专业办学难的原因是没有好的师资队伍和好的专业实训条件。解决中等农牧学校畜牧兽医专业办学困难问题的核心是师资队伍及实训基地建设，故搞好师资队伍及实训基地建设是解决中等职业教育畜牧兽医专业办学困境的唯一出路。
