莲藕品种DNA多态性的初步研究

摘    要:利用RAPD技术对12个莲藕品种进行了DNA多态性分析。从85个随机引物中筛选出12个引物扩增基因组DNA,共获得128条带,其中106条为多态性标记,每个引物平均提供10.7个标记信息。由UPMGA方法得到的聚类分析结果表明了12个品种间的亲缘关系,聚类结果与它们的系谱关系比较吻合。

Abstract:The RAPD analysis was conducted in the 12 lotus accessions. Out of 85 random primers 12 primers were selected and then amplified the 12 genomic DNAs. Total 128 RAPD fragments were generated, 106 of them were polymorphic marks. Every primer offered 10.7 markers on average. The molecular phylogenetic tree conducted by UPMGA method showed the genetic relationship among 12 accessions, which was better identical with pedigree analysis.
