摘    要:目的]分析小麦品种抗寒性与低温处理下生理性状表现的关系.方法]利用6个来自不同温度区域的小麦品种,在安徽亳州、河北吴桥、北京海淀和北京延庆4个不同的生态区进行田间试验,鉴定它们的抗寒性和产量表现,同时进行苗期低温处理下的生理性状测定.结果]6个品种在不同地点的产量和越冬死苗率存在较大差异,它们的光合特性、SPAD值和相对电导率等生理性状对苗期低温处理的反应也各不相同,但田间表现与苗期低温下生理性状的表现并不一致.结论]该研究对小麦抗寒品种的选择和鉴定具有重要的参考价值.

Relation between Cold Resistance of Wheat Varieties and Its Physiological Characters

Abstract:Objective] The aim was to analyze the relation between cold resistance of wheat varieties and its physiological characters.Method]With six wheat varieties from different temperature zones,field experiments for identification of cold resistance and yield performance were conducted in four locations of different ecological area,Anhui Bozhou,Hebei Wuqiao,Beijing Haidian and Beijing Yanqing.At the same time,physiological traits at seedling stage under low temperature treatment were determined.Result] The results showed that,there was a big difference of the yield and overwintering mortality among the six wheat varieties at different locations.Meanwhile their physiological characters,such as photosynthetic characteristics SPAD value and the relative conductivity of seedlings under low temperature treatment also varied.While the physiological characters of seedling under low temperature treatment and field performance were not consistent.Conclusion] The study has an important reference value for selection and identification of wheat cold resistant varieties.
