矮牵牛花色遗传研究进展

摘    要:经过对植物花色在生物化学和遗传学2个方面近1个世纪的研究以及遗传学的不断发展,证实矮牵牛也许可以为花色分析提供最好的遗传体系,连同基因工程学的应用,可以对许多影响花色改变的基因进行分离和分子特性分析。该研究主要讨论了影响矮牵牛花色的因素、矮牵牛花色的遗传调控、矮牵牛花色的改良方法以及应用前景。

Abstract:Nearly a century research about flower color in both biochemistry and genetics, as well as the continuous development of genetics confirmed the petunia could provide a best genetic analysis systems, together with application of genetic engineering, have allowed for the iso- lation and characterization of a large number of genes affecting flower color. The factors affecting petunia color, genetic regulation of petunia color, improvement method and application prospect of petunia color were discussed.
