摘 要: | [目的]采用聚丙烯废弃物为填料的序批式生物膜反应器(SBBR)工艺处理腌渍废水.[方法]通过采用一次性聚丙烯(PP)废弃物作为填料,序批式生物膜反应器(SBBR)工艺处理腌渍废水,研究反应器对腌渍废水中COD、TN、TP、盐度的去除效果以及生物相的变化情况等.[结果]试验表明,聚丙烯填料SBBR工艺对腌渍废水中COD、TN、TP、盐度的平均去除率分别为96%、88%、89%、79%,生物膜上的生物相丰富,且活性好,说明聚丙烯填料SBBR适合用于处理腌渍废水.[结论]聚丙烯废弃物填料SBBR可以重复利用,不会对水体造成二次污染,减少了填料费用,无毒无害,抗冲击能力强,是一种值得推广的微生物载体.

Abstract: | [Objective] To process pickle wastewater by using polypropylene waste carrier SBBR.[Method] By using polypropylene waste carrier SBBR to process pickle wastewater,the removal effect of reactor on COD,TN,TP and salinity in pickle wastewater and the variation of biofacies were studied.[Result] The results showed that the average removal rates of COD,TN,TP and salinity reached 96%,88%,89% and 79%,the biological phase was abundant with good activity.[Conclusion] The polypropylene waste carrier SBBR could be reutilized,which is worth popularizing with advantages of cost reducing,no toxicity and strong anti-force ability. |
