摘    要:优化多级离心风机的气动性能结果时,需要大量模型进行分析,因而建模时重复工作多,效率低,该文利用PRO/ENGINEER的工具包Pro/TOOLKIT和vs2005对多级离心风机的流域模型进行了二次开发,设计出一种风格和PR()/ENGINEER系统本身具有的对话框相似的人机交互界面对话框uI,应用程序能够自动获取模型的参数并把这些参数显示在uI对话框上,也可以修改对话框上文本框的参数值,自动生成新的模型,因而大大提高了设计效率,使设计者可以专注在参数的选择上,从而设计出更高性能的多级离心风机,

The Secondary Development of Parametric Design of Fluid Domain of Multistage Centrifugal Fan Based on Pro/Toolkit

Abstract:Optimizing aerodynamic performance results of multistage centrifugal fan needs lots of models to be analyzed, so work of building models brings much same behavior and leads to low efficiency. Fluid domain model of muhistage centrifiJgal fall was developed with Pro/ TOOI.KIT of Pro/ENGINEER and vs 2005, a human-computer interaction dialog which style is similar to dialog of system of Pro/ENGINEER was designed. The program can obtain parameters of model automatically and show them on the UI dialog, also, value of these parametel~ can be modified, new model can be automatically formed, so ef'ficiency of design was improved greatly, anti more energy was focused on how to choose right value of parameter, then good properties of multistage of centrifugal fan was more possible designed.
