摘    要:目的]利用ICP—MS法测定7个主产地的甘草中Ni、Cu、Zn、As、Cd、Hg、Pb和西共8种重金属的含量,为甘草中重金属的测定提供可靠方法,从而确保甘草入药安全。方法]在确定ICP—Ms工作曲线的基础上,测定7个主产地的甘草中8种重金属的含量,并将测定结果与2010版中国药典一部中重金属标准进行对比。结果]甘草中符合中国药典2010版(1部)重金属标准的占42.86%,其中As、Hg、Pb3种重金属是造成甘草中重金属超标的主要因素。结论]甘草中重金属的含量与土壤、肥料及水分中重金属的含量相关,相关质检部门应深入调查甘草的产地,从而确定甘草重金属超标原因。

Abstract: Objective ] The ICP-MS method was used for the determination of As, Ni, Cu, Bi, Hg, Cd, Zn, Pb content in licorice from sev- en places, providing a reliable method for the determination of heavy metals in licorice, so as to ensure the safety of licorice medicine. Meth- od ] On the basis of determining ICP-MS working curve, the contents of 8 heavy metals in licorice from 7 places were measured, and the deter- mination results were compared to heavy metal standard in Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010 Edition. Result] Heavy metal in licorice accounting for 42.86% , meets the standard of Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2010 Edition, among which As, Pb, Hg are the main factors causing heavy metals exceeding standard. Conclusion] Heavy metal content in licorice is related with that in soil, fertilizer and moisture, relevant quality inspec- tion departments should deeply investigate licorice origin, so as to find out exceeding reasons for heavy metal contents in licorice.
