摘    要:为提高寒地栽培红枣的产量和品质,通过设定不同的留枝量和摘心强度,分别对红枣产量、果个大小、可溶性糖含量、可滴定酸含量、可溶性固形物含量等进行测定,从而确定最佳的留枝数和摘心强度。结果表明,对于株行距为2m×2m的寒地栽培枣树,留枝数为5个,摘心长度为110cm时产量较高,平均株产达到3.85kg;平均单果质量最大,达到19.27g;其大果和中果所占比例中等;糖酸比较高,达到97.35。因此,留枝量为5个,摘心长度为110cm时,寒地栽培枣树产量较高,综合品质较好,可作为确定枣树寒地栽培枣头新梢一次枝留枝数量和摘心强度的依据。

Abstract:To increase the yield and quality of jujube in cold cultivation,this experiment set the different amount of remaining branches and investigated the strength of topping,the yield,fruit size,soluble sugar content,organic acids content and solids content,in order to determine the optimal amount of remaining branches and strength of topping.The results show that the yield and general quality were promoted when the distance between plant and rows was set 2 m×2 m.the amount of remaining branches was 5 and the length of strength of topping was 110 cm.The average yield of each plant was 3.85 kg and the average single fruit weight was 19.27 g.The rate of larger fruit and middle fruit was medium and sugar/acid ratio reached the peak of 97.35.The yield and general quality were fine when the amount of remaining branches was 5 and the length of tender top-picking was 110 cm,which could provide a basis for the amount of remaining branches and the strength of topping.
