花生种子活力与生理生化性状关系的研究

摘    要:经测定,3个人工老化的花生品种种子生活力、发芽势、发芽率和发芽指数有一定差异,种子的相对电导率、种子萌发期间的呼吸速率、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性也有一定差异。相关性分析表明,该种子活力指标的差异与其相对电导率的差异呈一定的负相关,与呼吸速率及POD活性的差异呈一定的正相关,与CAT活性差异无线性相关。

Abstract:The experiment result shows: seed viability; sprout tendency, germinant percentage and sprout index of three artificial accelerated aged peanut seed are different. The relative conductivity, respiration rate during sprouting,peroxidase (POD) and catalyses(CAT) are different. The result of relativity analysis show the difference of vitality index of the kind of peanut is negatively relatied to relative conductivity and it is positively correlaed with respiration rate and POD activation,and it has not linear relation to the difference of vigor index and activities of CAT.
