白花前胡产地资源现状调研分析

为了明确全国白花前胡(Peucedanum praeruptorum Dunn)资源分布与主产地资源现状,确定前胡药材最适种植区域以及白花前胡最佳种植方法,本研究对白花前胡的安徽、贵州、四川、浙江、重庆、湖南和湖北等主产区进行了实地调研,并收集了46份样品进行白花前胡甲素和白花前胡乙素含量检测。结果表明:目前,全国各大产区白花前胡质量达标情况及稳定性差,其中以安徽千岛湖、贵州地区稍好;以安徽千岛湖产区的仿野生种植和贵州产区的新开林地人工种植为当前较适宜的种植方法,所产前胡药材品质较好。

Investigation and Analysis on the Present Situation of Peucedanum praeruptorum Resources in Its Producing Area

Abstract: Objective:To clarify the resources distribution of Peucedanum praeruptorum Dunn and their current status in different main producing areas in China, and to determine the optimal planting area and planting method of P. praeruptorum at the current cultivation level. Method: The main production areas in Anhui, Guizhou, Sichuan et al. were surveyed and a total of 46 samples of P. praeruptorum were collected. The concentration of (±)-praeruptorin A and (±)-praeruptorin B of all samples were determined using the method in Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2015). The results of our survey and experiment were evaluated. Conclusion: At present, the quality and stability of P. praeruptorum are poor in many major producing areas, among which the samples from Qiandao Lake in Anhui province and Guizhou Province outperform the others. Imitating the natural habitat applied in Qiandao Lake (Anhui) and cultivating under the undeveloped forest used in Guizhou are the best planting methods currently, which lead to a better quality of P. praeruptorum for medicinal use.
