摘    要:为了加快特殊种质资源的利用,按桑蚕普通种品种区试设计要求,对绿茧品种进行室内品比与生产区域试验.品比结果表明,蚕种孵化整齐,蚕儿发育整齐度高,健康性好,壮蚕食桑快,食桑活泼,踏桑少,老熟整齐,营茧快,茧型整齐匀正,茧色内外层一致,淡绿色,茧丝长1 100 m左右,解舒率80%左右,出丝率16.5%,解舒丝长900 m左右;蚕丝淡绿色,整根丝深浅一致.生产区试结果表明,蚕种孵化整齐,蚁蚕体色黑色,小蚕共育蚕儿发育整齐,健康性好,抗逆性强,张种产茧量较高,适应贵州中海拔以下蚕区的养蚕环境.

Abstract:Yuqian silkworm varieties with green cocoon were tested in indoor and regional experiments to utilize the special germplasm resource.The results from the indoor experiment showed that the average total cocoon weight,cocoon shell weight,cocoon shell rate,cocoon yield/10 000 silkworms and silkworm chrysalis life rate of Yuqian silkworm varieties with green cocoon was 1.95 g,0.48 g,24.65%,18.44 kg and 98.26% respectively,higher than that of CK with white cocoon and the cocoon filament,reelability rate,raw silk...
