短枝型苹果“丽红”的组织培养与快速繁殖

摘    要:“丽红”苹果嫩梢茎段接种于Ms附加BA(6—苄基氨基嘌呤)1.0mg/L培养基上,经20天后仍能促进45%腋芽萌发生长。继代培养中,附加BA1.5和2.0mg/L成苗率高,二者轮换使用,可保持良好增殖效果。无根小苗在50μg/gIBA(吲哚丁酸)溶液中速蘸,再接种Ms培养基中,生根率达90%。生根苗移入装蛭石和耕作土的营养钵中,再逐渐过渡到大田,平均成活率达82%。

Abstract:Li hong apple stems were vaccinated on Ms medium in which attened BA 1 0mg/L, after 20 days, explants produced brown change and 45% of axillery buds sprouted. During subculture, becoming seedling rate of explants was higher in BA 1 5mg/L and 2 0mg/L Ms medium, when both mediums took turn utilization, stem explants maintained good proliferation effect. Rootless plante were soaked rapidly with 50μg/g IBA and vaccinated in Ms medium, taking root rate of plants was 90%. Seedlings were transplanted in nutrition bowls, then interimed to field, its survival rate was 82%.
