小麦复合拌种剂室内抑菌及防效试验研究

摘    要:应用室内离体平板法,对含有粉锈宁和敌力脱的小麦复合拌种剂①号和②号进行室内毒力测定,结果表明对小麦黑胚病和根腐病菌的生长都具有明显的抑制作用,其中②号抑菌效果最优。在其它成分不变的情况下,敌力脱用量仅为粉锈宁1/2或1/4时,其抑菌效果仍显著优于粉锈宁。同时通过室内拌种后,用平皿水培和花盆沙培进行防效试验,结果表明,按种子量0.8—1ml/kg处理种子,两种复合剂对小麦发芽出苗均无不良影响,而且对黑胚和根腐病菌及其它杂菌具有明显的抑制作用,其中②号效果最好。同时两种复合剂对小麦还具有明显的上控下促的壮苗作用。

The Study on Fungistasis and Control Effect of Wheat Compound Seed Dressings By indoor Test
Abstract:Wheat compound seed dressings No.1 and No.2,respectively,containing tradimefon and propiconzole,could significantly inhibit Alternaria alternata (Fr) Keisser and Helminthosporium sativum Pammel King & Bakkle from developping by indoor test.The fungistasis of No.2 was remarkably better than that of No.1,with reducing the applied dosage of propiconazole in No.2 to 1/2 or 1/4 that of tradimenfon in No.1 and not altering the other ingredients.Meanwhile,the indoor test also showed treating seeds with No.1 or No.2 at the dosage of 0 8-1ml/kg (fungicide:seed),not only could effectively control Alternaria alternata (Fr) Keisser and Helminthosporium sativan Pammel King & Bakke,but also could strengthen wheat seedlings by prompting the growth of the upper part and preventing the lower part from growing,by water culture in Petri dishes and sand culture in flowerpots after dressing seeds.
