国内外常用滴(渗)管滴头供水规律试验研究

摘    要:本文选择国内外普遍使用的以色列内螺纹式和国内利用其技术制造的管上式、内镶式滴灌管、软滴灌带及针孔式渗灌管 (运城模式 )为研究对象 ,对它们的出流量及均匀性进行了大量试验 ,并对针孔式进行了改变孔径试验 ,得出如下结论 :(1 )滴头出流量与压力的关系曲线 ;(2 )内螺纹式、内镶式、管上式出流均匀性最好 (>98% ) ,软滴灌带次之 (≈ 91 % ) ,针孔式最差 (<87% ) ;(3)针孔式均匀性随滴头孔径增大而大幅下降 ,针孔式 ( 2mm)基本不能满足生产使用

Abstract:In the paper , six drip irrigation plastic pipes were selected as study object, they were inner spiral from Isreal, inner set, over pipe, soft drip band and needle hole(1),needle hole(2) types from China. The dripping regulation and the uniformity of the droppers were studied, meanwhile different hole diameters of needle hole type were studied too. The results showed:(1)The curves of suppling-water amount of dropper were changed with water pressure. (2) The uniformity of inner spiral. inner set and over pipe types were very good (>98%), soft drip band were better ( 91%), and that of the needle hole were lowest (87%). (3)The uniformity of the needle hole were descent greatly with increase of hole diameter, the needle hole ( 2mm) type can't be used in production.
