松科四种植物的酯酶同工酶分析

摘    要:用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法对松科四种植物酯酶同工酶分析,并以酶距做为种属间酶谱分歧的数量化指标,采用排序法对其亲缘关系进行比较分析。结果表明:同一器官在不同种间及同一种内不同组织器官间酯酶同工酶谱差异明显,华北落叶松与油松,白皮、华山松的亲缘关系较远;华山松、白皮松、油松三者间亲缘关系较近,其中,华山松与白皮松亲缘关系最近。

Abstract:The esterase isozymes of four plants were analysed by PAGE.We took enzyme distance as a target to arrange the order of their relations.the results showed that different organs and the same organ in different species had different zymograms.The order of the relations from near to far was Pinus armandi ,P. bungeana ,P. tabulaeformis,Larix Principis rupprechtii.
