油松种子室温干藏质量变化研究

本文研究了从机械冷库调出的新油松种子在室温条件下干藏六年期间的质量变化。结果表明：反映种子发芽能力的主要指标发芽率和发芽势在调出冷库当年和第二年差异不显著，第三年分别达显著和极显著程度；反映种子发芽速度的平均发芽速度在第四年显著减慢；两个种子发芽综合性指标发芽指数和发芽值均为第二年显著降低，其中发芽值达极显著。本文还建立了室温干藏年份与各指标的回归方程。

A Study of Qualitative Change of P.Tabulaeform is Seed for dry Store in Room Temperature

The qualitative change of new P.tabulaeformis seeds from machine cold storage under dry store in room temperature conditions for 6 years were studied.The results showed that the differences of Germination Percentage (GP) and Germination Energy (GE),the chief indices relecting germination energy of seeds,are not significant between first and second year,and are significant or highly significant between the first,the second and the third year.Mean Germination Speed (MGS),reflecting germination speed of seeds,are significantly slow between the first,the secondt,the third and the fourth year.Both Germination Inex(GI) and Germination Value(GV),the synthetic indices for seed germination,are significantly slow in the second year,and GV are highly significant.In this paper,the regression equations were calculated between the years of dry store in room temperature for seeds and the indices.
