闽西马尾松优树自由授粉子代遗传分析与选择

对14年生的闽西马尾松优树自由授粉子代测定林调查分析,结果表明:139个参试家系在树高、胸径、材积性状上存在极显著差异。树高、胸径、材积家系遗传力分别为31.04%、60.73%、55.3%。以材积遗传增益大于10%为指标,选择36个优良家系,平均材积遗传增益达16.5%。入选的优良家系可为马尾松遗传改良和种子园营建提供优质的种质资源材料。

Genetic Analysis and Selection of Open-Pollinated Progeny of Pinus massoniana Plus Tree in Western Fujian Province

Analysis based on 14-year-old open-pollinated progeny test of Pinus massoniana plus trees in western Fujian Province showed that there were significant differences among tree height,DHB and volume of 139 families.Family heritability of tree height was 31.04%,that of DHB and volume were 60.73% and 55.3%,separately.Over 10% of volume genetic gain was regarded as an indicator,36 superior families whose average genetic gain of volume attained 16.5% were selected.These selected families could be used as materials for seed orchard construction and genetic improvement.
